We will not accept any returns for products if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective items. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted. Once we have inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s) and initial delivery charges, if any.
